Bach performed this cantata on 21st of May 1724. The score contains the complete cantata. It is based on Bachs autograph. Especially in the 6th aria there are a lot of articulations which need to be added. Check the autograph parts (see below) for more details. The cantata starts with a duet for tenor, bass, two oboes & b.c. citing the first sentence of the gospel:

It is followed by a choir with the next sentence:

Es kommt aber die Zeit, dass, wer euch tötet, wird meinen, er tue Gott einen Dienst daran.
Next comes an aria for alto, oboe & b.c After this aria follows a chorale for tenor and b.c. on the first verse of Martin Mollers chorale “Ach Gott wie manches Herzeleid”. The last joyful aria is for soprano, 2 oboes, strings & b.c. The cantata closes with the 9th verse of the chorale “In allen meinen Taten” by Paul Fleming.
