Bach perfomed this lesser known cantata on 8th of December 1733 together with his Collegio musico honouring the electress Maria Josepha. The music however is very well known from Christmas Oratorio. The score has the aria #5 „Fromme Musen! Meine Glieder!“ - the „Hirtenarie“ from BWV 248/2.
